INTRODUCTION

25 MP/2.5 μm高分辨率智能工厂3D SEMI AOI 解决方案TR7900Q SII，具备AI演算法和量测功能可提升检测效益，专为半导体和先进封装业所设计，能够检测高达15 μm (0.6 mil)的线径。TR7900Q SII走停式取像技术，可以检测黏晶、球接合、带状接合、楔形键合、SiP、填充胶、SMD、凸块和锡点；完善整合装载/卸载模组，可便于采用输送基板和弹匣。
