INTRODUCTION
BSI Plus (Boundary Scan Interconnect)는 DDR4, USB, PCIe, M.2 SATA와 같은 서로 다른 커넥터를 위한 TRI의 BSI(Boundary Scan Interconnect)다. BSI Plus Tester는 프로그래밍이 용이하며 원하는 픽스처와 통합된다. BSI Plus는 보드의 정확성을 보장하기 위해 DUT의 전원을 켜기 전에 OPS 테스트와 배터리 테스트를 수행할 수 있다.
