TR7500QE Plus는 차세대 Multi 카메라 측면 뷰 3D AOI입니다. 비용 효율적인 3D AOI 플랫폼은 혁신적인 인공지능(AI) 구동 알고리즘과 높은 정확도 검사를 제공하는 강화된 기계 기능을 탑재 했습니다. 플랫폼에서는 사이드 뷰 카메라를 사용하여 내부 레이어 브리지, 숨겨진 리프팅 리드 및 기타 시야 밖의 결함을 검사할 수 있습니다. TR7500QE Plus는 IPC-CFX 및 헤르메스 표준(IPC-HERMES-9852)과 같은 현재의 스마트 팩토리 표준을 지원합니다.
