TRI to unveil new X-Ray Platforms at productronica China 2026

TRI productronica China 2026[January 12, 2026 – Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. (TRI), a leading provider of automated test and inspection solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, is pleased to announce its participation in productronica China 2026. The event will take place from March 25–27, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). TRI invites attendees to visit Hall E5, Booth #5500, to witness the latest breakthroughs in Advanced Packaging and Electronics Manufacturing Inspection.

The exhibition will also feature the latest back-end inspection solutions, TR7007Q SII-S and TR7700Q SII-S, with inspection capabilities for die, wire diameters of up to 15 μm (0.6 mil), SiP, underfill, bumps, and more.
