INTRODUCTION
Der TR7700QM SII basiert auf einer hochpräzisen Plattform mit einer hohen Auflösung von 5,5um und einer 12MP Bildgebungstechnologie ist perfekt für den Einsatz in der Halbleiter- und Verpackungsindustrie geeignet. Der Stop-and-Go 3D AOI kann Drahtbonds, Chipbonds, SMD, Unebenheiten und Lötstellen zuverlässig prüfen. Die Genauigkeit der Smart 3D AOI-Lösung wird durch Messfunktionen und flexible Prüfalgorithmen verbessert.
