Test Research Inc. Displays 3 New IC Testers at Semicon China 2009
Full line of TRI IC test systems at Shanghai show

Taipei, Taiwan (March 12, 2009) – Test Research Inc. (TRI, TAIEX 3030) will be showing three new IC Test systems ‑‑ the TR6850S, the TR6836 and the TR6800 ‑‑ at the SEMICON China 2009 exhibition March 17-19 in Shanghai. The show is being held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center and TRI’s booth is 2397. 

The TR6850S Mixed Signal IC Tester is a versatile, high-precision measurement system that supports 64 logic I/O pins, multiple V/I modules, AWG/DIG and OP Loop to meet a wide range of applications. The robust design of the TR6850S provides for 8-site parallel testing and includes a 40MSPS/16-bit arbitrary waveform generator and a 10MSPS/14-bit digitizer. The system runs under WinXP and links to Visual Studio.NET to provide rich debugging tools. 

TRI’s TR6800 Power Management IC Tester is a complete solution for DC/AC parameter and functional pattern testing. The TR6800 is ideal for testing power management ICs such as regulators, detectors, resets, switches and PWM ICs. Its user-configurable, modular architecture allows flexible configuration to meet the widest range of testing requirements. 

The TR6836 Logic IC Tester offers comprehensive testing for up to 33MHz logic ICs. It provides multi-site testing and complete functional pattern and DC parameter testing.
