TRI Product Phase Out Notice: TR7500, TR7550 AOI Series

[December 15, 2016 – Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. (TRI) formally announces discontinuation of production and support for the following automatic optical inspection equipment.

As TRI continues to offer new generations of inspection and testing solutions with improved performance and flexibility, these legacy products are facing architecture limitations, obsolescence of certain components and are therefore coming to the end of their useful service life.

With this in mind, we have determined that the following TRI models have reached obsolescence and are being phased out of production and support. No new service contract agreements will be offered.

Guaranteed Support

We appreciate the support of our partners and customers, and we will continue to offer support, service and spare parts for additional 3 years, until December 15, 2019. The current version of the software applications continue to be available for download, but no further enhancements or maintenance will be provided after the phase-out-date. This notice and all other end-of-life notifications are available at the TRI website.

Note: The TR7500 Series AOI does not support Microsoft's Windows 10.
