[September 14, 2026 – Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. (TRI) formally announces the discontinuation of production and support for the following Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment.

As TRI continues to offer new generations of inspection and testing solutions with improved performance and flexibility, these legacy products are facing architectural limitations and the obsolescence of certain components, and are therefore coming to the end of their useful service life.

With this in mind, we have determined that the following TRI models have reached obsolescence and are being phased out of production and support. No new service contract agreements will be offered. Please contact your TRI technical support for more information.

We appreciate the support of our partners and customers, and we will continue to offer support, service, and spare parts for an additional 3 years, until September 30^th, 2029. The current version of the software applications continues to be available for download, but no further enhancements or maintenance will be provided after the phase-out date.
