Panasonic's APC-MFB2 system automates process optimization and improves assembly line Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

The system analyzes placement offset trends and optimizes performance using measurement findings from the 3D AOI to increase process repeatability, accuracy, and yield rate. The APC-MFB2 analyzes the AOI component position measurement data, corrects placement position, and maintains placement accuracy.
