[March 11, 2026– Nuremberg, Germany] Unites Systems, Test Research, Inc. Unites Systems will demo the award-winning In-Circuit Test (ICT), TR5001 Series.

The TR5001 Series offers breakthrough performance with Multi-Core Parallel testing, utilizing up to 4 independent cores to maximize efficiency. The TR5001 SII Series features a Non-Multiplexing 1:1 per Pin Architecture and a durable Quick Disconnect Interface (QDI). To ensure long-term reliability and precision, the system includes built-in auto-calibration and self-diagnostics. Designed for versatility, the platform provides a scalable path from MDA to full ICT and Functional Testing, complete with automated conveyor width positioning and intelligent notifications for board warp or misalignment.

The TR5001 SII Series supports an expansive suite of specialized tests, including On-board Programming, Boundary Scan, and LED Analysis. Its comprehensive functional capabilities extend to V/I Measurements, CAN/LIN Bus Tests, Frequency Counting, and MIC Testing. Furthermore, the system acts as a complete testing hub with integrated Battery Emulation, Audio Analysis, DAQ, Active Load, and an AC Power Source, making it an all-in-one solution for the modern production line.
