The seminar agenda will focus on new stop-and-go developments in 3D solder paste inspection (SPI) and 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) with emphasis on accurate 0250125mm micro-chip inspection. including a session on TRI’s 3D AXI solutions with CT capability. Board test solutions will be represented by TRI’s brand new TR5001D SII INLINE ICT system as well as award winning TINY ICT solution in parallel testing configuration. All introduced systems will be available for on-site product demonstrations.
