[February 24, 2013—Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. The awards winners were selected by the editors and readers of Test & Measurement World.

With multiple angled cameras, the TR7680 can provide 2D+3D images of various defects for BGA/CGA/LGA, Flip Chip, PoP, QFN, Pressfit Ventura and 01005 components.
