[ Taipei, Taiwan—May 09, 2012] TRI announces that the company will exhibit the TR9000HS PCB Automated Optical Inspection (PCB AOI) & TR9000 Repair Station Systems during CTEX Suzhou 2012 in Suzhou, China May 9th through the 11th at the Suzhou International Expo Center. Visitors are welcome to stop by booth I 25 in Hall 3A to learn more about how TRI has leveraged its extensive expertise in the development and application of automated optical inspection technologies in creating and refining the TR9000HS PCB AOI and the TR9000 Repair Station. 
 
The TR9000HS is an ideal PCB AOI system for high-volume manufacturers of mainstream PCBs. Designed entirely in-house, the TR9000HS implements TRI’s existing AOI expertise to inspect PCB line widths/spaces down to 1.4mil (35 microns). Eco-friendly and high-endurance red and blue LEDs are used as a light source to ensure high defect detection rates with low false calls. 
 
The TR9000HS can inspect bare copper, flex board, HDI, and photo resist circuit boards. Panels up to 675mm x 730mm ( 27” x 29”) can be accommodated by the system. The TR9000HS features one-button run that quickly sets the parameters for lighting threshold, alignment, board thickness and etching factor. For added convenience, CAM files can be downloaded to efficiently create test programs. 
 
The TR9000 Repair Station offers an 80mm working distance for easy operator access. The optical system provides a typical defect-to-defect verification time of 0.5 seconds while the software can display multiple defect images at one time.
