[February 18, 2013—Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. (TRI) is bringing a full line up of PCBA test and inspection systems to the San Diego Convention Center to exhibit at IPC APEX EXPO® 2013. Featured in booth 949, a 2013 Best in Test Award-winning SPI system and two 2012 Best in Test winning systems (AXI and ICT) will be on display alongside TRI’s latest TR5001 Inline ICT system as well as two inline AOI systems.

Inline ICT: TR5001 Inline ICT System 
TRI’s latest inline In-Circuit test system delivers offers a wide range of integrated board test solutions in a space-saving inline design at an optimal price/performance ratio. The TR5001 Inline is SMEMA compliant, so it can be seamlessly integrated into a production line. 

Inline AOI: TR7700 SII Automated Optical Inspection System
This slimmer, faster, and more economical AOI is capable of providing inspection speeds of up to 120cm²/sec at 15µm. With on-the-fly inspection and TRI’s Dynamic Imaging the system is equally suitable for inspection at both pre- and post-reflow positions, and offers a smaller footprint critical for manufacturers with limited floor space.

Inline AOI: TR7550 Automated Optical Inspection System 
Fitted with a 3CCD top camera and 4 angled cameras and an adjustable RGB color lighting system, the TR7550 provides even more accurate high-throughput inspection of small components and fine-pitch leads.
