Taipei, Taiwan (March 15, 2011) – Test Research Inc. (TRI, TAIEX 3030) is proud to announce it will showcase the TR6850S Mixed-Signal IC Tester and TR6600 SOC Series at SEMICON China in Shanghai at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre on March 15-17, 2011.

TR6850S Mixed-Signal IC Tester is a versatile, high-precision measurement system that supports 64 logic I/O pins, multiple V/I modules, AWG/DIG and OP Loop to meet a wide range of applications. Demonstrations of the system will showcase robust design of the TR6850S provides for 8-site parallel testing and includes a 40 MSPS/16-bit arbitrary waveform generator and a 10 MSPS/14-bit digitizer. The system runs under WinXP and links to Visual Studio.NET to provide rich debugging tools.

The TR6600 SOC Series provides the lowest cost of test available in a single, scalable platform. The system’s flexibility allows customers to apply AWG/DIGITIZERS to meet different applications. In addition, the TR6600 SOC Series provides customers with the flexibility of a fully open architecture, built-in PXI-AXIE slots. This results in higher system utilization and reduces the number of test systems required on the manufacturing floor. It also minimizes the number of platforms that require support, thereby lowering cost of ownership.
