[October 25, 2011— Taipei, Taiwan] Test Research, Inc. AOI, SPI & AXI Systems 
The TR7007 SII Dual Lane SPI 
Increase capacity without sacrificing additional space with the dual lane configuration for the TR7007 SII. This high speed, high accuracy inline shadow-free solder paste inspection system offers full 3D inspection at a resolution of 14 µm or 10 µm. Also, powerful new features offer 2D color inspection, inclusion of phase moiré technology and a closed loop function for real time feedback and improved process control. 
 
The TR7550 SII Dual Lane AOI 
In addition to now offering a dual lane configuration, the new TR7550 SII has also upgraded to a 64 bit operating environment to avoid the limitations of 32 bit systems. This key upgrade also allows for multi-core processing technology that significantly enhances processing power. Along with an expanded memory capacity, the system’s image FOV has doubled in size, reducing then number of scans required and significantly reducing inspection times. Equipped with these new upgrades, the TR7550 SII offers even more advanced PCBA inspection configurations.  
 
The TR7530 DT AOI 
This TR7530 DT packs a powerful set of features into a small desktop system. Featuring TRI’s high-speed Dynamic Imaging and a 3CCD color camera working in with an ultra-low angle, multi-segment RGB LED lighting system, this space saving system offers a range of inspection speeds and is capable of inspecting 01005 components. 
 
The TR7600 SII AXI 
The TR7600 SII is built for fast, accurate inspection of visible and Bottom Termination Components. Featuring TRI’s Dynamic Imaging technology, the TR7600 SII system offers high inspection speeds to achieve high first pass yields and a unique fault spectrum that facilitates improved product reliability in a cost-effective manner. Unlike most Automated X-Ray systems, the TR7600 SII offers multiple resolutions, enabling the user to select high resolution for fine pitch parts and low resolution for larger pitch parts such as 50mil BGAs. 
 
MDA, ICT & Functional Test Systems 
The TR5001 Inline ICT 
The TR5001 Inline offers the flexibility of MDA, ICT, and Functional Test capabilities all within one platform, providing an economical testing solution well-suited to meet a wide-range of requirements. The highlight of the TR5001 is the system’s inline fixture design that meets SMEMA standards and features a fast-insertion mechanism and a dual-stage press unit. 
 
The TR5001T Tiny ICT 
This small, powerful in-circuit test system has quickly gained a significant following in the board test industry. With a USB interface for connection to a PC or notebook, the TR5001T can use up to 640 analog test points and provides two fixed and four programmable DUT power supplies. Also, the 100V high voltage current source can be used for LED light strip testing. Serial programming plus vectorless test capabilities with TestJet technology offer access to a wider range of test solutions in this compact and cost-effective system.
