Test Research Inc. to Showcase 3 New IC Testers at Semicon Taiwan 2009
Full line of TRI IC test systems at Taipei show
Taipei, Taiwan (Sept. 25, 2009) – Test Research Inc. (TRI, TAIEX 3030) will be showing three new IC Test systems ‑‑ the TR6850S, the TR6836 and the TR6600 ‑‑ at the SEMICON Taiwan 2009 exhibition to be held at the Taipei World Trade Center from Sept. 30 - Oct. 2. TRI can be found at booth #891.
The TR6850S Mixed Signal IC Tester is a versatile, high-precision measurement system that supports 64 logic I/O pins, multiple V/I modules, AWG/DIG and OP Loop to meet a wide range of applications. The robust design of the TR6850S provides for 8-site parallel testing and includes a 40MSPS/16-bit arbitrary waveform generator and a 10MSPS/14-bit digitizer. The system runs under WinXP and links to Visual Studio.NET to provide rich debugging tools.
The TR6836 Logic IC Tester offers comprehensive testing for up to 33MHz logic ICs. It provides multi-site testing and complete functional pattern and DC parameter testing.
The TR6600 Mixed-Signal IC Tester delivers cost-effective multisite production test for devices operating under 400MHz digital speed. It is ideal for testing low- to mid-range devices for Broadband, Baseband, RF, Networking, Audio and Video. With theTR6600, superior performance and throughput are achieved while return on investment is maximized.
