Compact, Color Inline AOI System

The TR7530 is a compact in-line AOI system for detecting and analysing defects in Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). It features a high-end digital 3 CCD full- color camera for clear capture of board images. Equipped with an ultra-low angle and coaxial RGB LED lighting system, the TR7530 provides the highest defect detection ability in its class.

Advanced Color Lighting

The advanced ultra-low angle color lighting system has a flexible and multi-angle adjustment section that can provide different color and angle lighting for cameras with different angles. When combined with the coaxial lighting, the outcome is better and more accurate inspection results for solder fillets on small components and fine-pitch leads.
 

Advanced tools with a friendly graphical user interface allow easy setting and programming of the new RGB color lighting system. The new RGB lighting control and the color imaging system instantly provide the operators with easier visual verification on real images.
