YMS

TRI's Yield Management System (YMS) collects and integrates all the information from all the TRI machines on a production line. The data is filtered to provide user-specific information to help control the manufacturing process and raise the yield of all production lines. TRI's YMS software displays a user-friendly tree diagram so that users can review the statistics by production line and by machine, or analyze alarm data across inspection machines. YMS also includes fail alarms, process control charts and an output report function to provide users complete information for all manufacturing lines.

		All Lines (Integrate all lines): Display the statistics of production by all production lines.

		Individual Line (Integrate all testers): Display the statistics of machines by individual production line.
		Individual Tester: Display the statistics by each individual machine.
		Other: In addition to the functions mentioned above, we provide data query across production line or machine by alarm.
		Xbar-R Chart: The production process monitoring software shows the stability and capability of the process for reference by the operator in deciding whether or not to adjust the process or machine. The real time alarm function can detect abnormalities of the production process.

		Alarm: Real time monitor and alarm function. User can set the conditions according to different statistics. When the inspection result is below the specified standard, the system can immediately send an alarm. It also provides users an alarm history database for review and analysis.
